Due to careful planning and excellent general building standards, this area of Larnaca in our opinion will see good capital growth over the next few years. Being close to Larnaca airport yet not suffering any major airport noise, it is rapidly becoming a popular tourist destination. The beaches are many, natural, and the waters safe and shallow.

Development continues and the recent upgrading of the village center has seen the arrival of new business in the form of bars, Traditional Restaurants and takeaways, bringing the standard up to that expected by visiting tourists. The village is close to Kiti, a small town offering more general amenities and is just a ten minutes by car to Tersefanou the site of the planned 18 hole Golf resort.

Generally property prices are still low by comparison to other resorts. Pervolia is very popular with tourists over the main holiday season and with people looking for longer term lets over the winter months. Currently we are achieving average occupation in this area for Holiday Lets/Winter Lets of 60% to 70%.
