The Troodos Mountain range dominate the western half
of the island, from all but the most distant point of Cyprus the mountains
are unmissable. From the shoreline they rise up in a steepening swell
until it crests on the peak of Mount Olympus 1,952m high. The scenery
as you wind your way to the summit is simply breathtaking. |
